We ask that those who qualify for this discount, use it only for themselves. Your discount will not be sent to an address that is not on file, unless you email us prior to your order telling us why the address will be different. Discounts cannot be used with other coupon codes. There is a cap off amount of $200 a month when using this discount. We will not give partial refunds from previous orders after approval for this program.

Your disability must be confirmed by a government agency. We are not doctors, and cannot determine your qualification for this program. You will need 2 of these qualifying documents:

Clear, scanned copy of SSDI income awarding letter, or updated benefit statement

Scanned copy of SSD Card.

DD-214 or other honorable discharge paperwork

State Issued driver’s license or photo ID with a veteran classification

In this email, you will need to send a scanned copy of your drivers license or photo ID, as well as scanned copies of the required qualifying documents listed above. Please feel free to conceal any sensitive information, such as social security numbers. In this email, please give us your mailing address you wish to use for all purchases. If approved, you will receive a 15% discount code for you, and only you, to use on every order with us within the $200 amount monthly limit. If you do not use this code during checkout, we are not responsible for reimbursing you for the difference.
