Kratom companies are considered ‘High Risk’, therefore unable to accept credit and debit like other companies. But, we have found these amazingly easy to use companies. It is safe & secure!
Simply your bank account and routing number. You do not need a physical check to use E-Check.

Please Note: Not All Banks Allow E-Checks! If you use GreenDot, Chime, or other pre-paid checking accounts, your check WILL be declined! Please make sure your account allows E-Check payments.
E-Check payments will NOT ship same day. Your order will not ship until funds have reached our account and have been given time to bounce back. This can take up to 7 business days. If you do bounce a check with us, you will be blocked from using E-Check on future orders. Funds may be withdrawn as soon as the next business day, but could take up to seven days for your bank to reflect. If a check is returned for NSF (non-sufficient funds) or any other reason, we will first contact you about the issue. Your E-Check is YOUR responsibility!! Otie’s Botanicals has the right to attempt to reprocess the charge until funds have been collected. Each returned check charges us a fee of $24.00, therefore this fee will be then charged to your account. PLEASE WATCH YOUR SPENDING UNTIL THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. E-Checks will NOT be refunded without a $30 fee. After funds have reached our bank account and are available for one week after deposit, we will initiate your refund with the refund fee subtracted. Theft by check WILL be reported to the credit bureau & prosecuted by law. PLEASE, make sure you have sufficient funding in your account till the check completely clears your account, to avoid any of this happening. Also, your name and address MUST be exactly the same as the name and address on your bank account, or your check will bounce! If you have any issues, feel free to email/text us.

During check out select “Pay With Cryptocurrency.” After you submit order, on the next screen select Bitcoin or Ethereum depending on which one you are paying with. Once you put all your information in you will select complete checkout. A payment address will be displayed, and you will send your crypto in the amount shown to that address from your Coinbase account or whatever crypto exchange you are using. Make sure you select the exact crypto coin you want to use, and you copy the address exactly the way it is. This is VERY IMPORTANT. It is that easy! Once we have received your funds we will mark your order as paid and prepare it to ship. You will receive confirmation and tracking as usual.
Credit & Debit Card:
Your billing address must be in a legal area for kratom & must match the address your card company has on file for you. If your billing & shipping address are different, simply click the ‘Ship to a different address?’ box and enter your shipping destination.

We only use USPS. We are located in Delaware. The time it takes for USPS to deliver your package greatly depends on your location from our facility. We ship Monday-Friday – Except for Federal Holidays. Our cut off time for same day shipping is 9am, Eastern Standard Time. If your order is placed after 9am EST, your order will ship on our next business day.[E-Check payments will NOT ship same day]
We are very discreet in our packaging. Your order will come from “Otie” without any mention of Botanicals.
For orders under 16 oz. You will receive your order in a small padded envelope. This option can take 2-5 days for you to receive once the package has reached the USPS facility.
For orders over 16 oz. Depending on your order size, you may receive your order in a padded flat rate envelope or a flat rate box. This option can take 2-5 days for you to receive once the package has reached the USPS facility.
Priority Express ($20)
For orders under a kilogram. USPS does not have Priority Express Boxes, therefore an express order must fit into our typical padded flat rate envelope. This option can take 1-2 days for you to receive once the package has reached the USPS facility. If you do not receive your order within 2 days after receiving your shipment notification, please inform us. Priority Express Shipping comes with a guarantee or your money back!
Once you receive a ‘Completed’ email with your tracking number from us, USPS has been given your package. At this point, it is out of our hands. USPS is who delivers the package, therefore if you have any questions regarding tracking or delivery, please contact USPS.
