All products are sold AS IS and are not to be repackaged for sale nor relabeled. Otie’s Botanicals LTD is not responsible for any indirect consequences or damage in connection with any of our products as result from use. Any testing completed by the buyer must be completed by an expert.

Otie’s Botanicals LTD is not responsible for any damages caused by combining with other substances. Buyer acknowledges laws and regulations regarding products in their area.
Customers who use false account information are subject to prosecution.
We have the right to deny any purchase.
Otie’s Botanicals LTD is not responsible for USPS, and will not
refund any items lost stolen or damaged during shipping.
An exchange or credit may be available in certain circumstances. Customer must contact us within at least 7 days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange.
All return requests must include the original product in unopened and untampered condition in order to qualify for a refund. All of our products are packaged in heat sealed zip-lock bags. Our tinctures are heat sealed. These seals cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund. Otie’s Botanicals LTD has the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.
In order to quality for an exchange or credit, we require return of the original product, with a tracking number. We do not require that a product returned for credit be in unopened/untampered condition. But we do require 95% of origial product to be returned. Exchanges will not be completed until we receive the original merchandise. We do reserve the right to refuse returns, as well as deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise. Otie’s Botanicals LTD does NOT assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise. Otie’s Botanicals LTD will not reship a returned product for any reason. Any disputes will be handled in the EU.
