Otie's Botanicals 80% is made from 80% Mitragynine Extract. This is NOT a "Full Spectrum Extract" which means all other sub alkaloids are found in trace amounts. 7-hydroxymitragynine is removed completely. To be more specific, 80% of the liquid extract itself is Mitragynine. The higher the Mitragynine in the extract, the more the other alkaloids begin to diminish. This is an 80% extract and not a 80X Extract. 65 mg of this extracts equals to about 4.5 grams of leaf powder. This IS AN ESTIMATE. Strength vastly differs across Kratom so there is no way to be completely sure. Especially with high Mitragynine concentration.
